Barney’s Farm Mimosa EVO Feminised Seeds
Mimosa EVO is the next step in the evolution of the Mimosa strain (Purple Punch x Clementine) from Symbiotic Genetics deep in the Emerald Triangle. This 60% indica strain has now been super-charged and consequently its big, resinous buds are packed with even higher levels of cannabinoids and terpenes than the original, hence the EVO suffix.
Mimosa EVO is suitable for both indoor cultivation and also outdoor grows in warm, Mediterranean climate zones. Indoors this plant grows to a height of 80 – 90 cm. tall yielding as much as 700 gr/m2 in 65 – 70 days of flowering, given sufficient space to spread its wings. Outdoors, where plants grow to be 180 – 220 cm. tall, northern hemisphere harvests will be ready before the end of October with each plant capable of producing up to 2000 gr. Some nice purple colouration is found towards the end of its flowering cycle.
Fruit punch and tangerine citrus scents enchant the nose while flavours of lemon, citrus and berry notes curl themselves around the taste buds. THC can reach the ridiculously high figure of 30% in expert hands although the 24 – 26% achieved by the more common or garden grower will be plenty for the majority of cannaseurs. The effect is one of sativa uplift delivering a motivating energy, happy and clear-headed, perfect for daytime consumption.
Barney’s Farm claims some therapeutic benefits although these are not specified.
Barney's Farm Seeds
Barney’s Farm Seeds
It was the late 1980s and high atop the Himalayas, heavy snow hurling its way down from the skies, a small group of breeders began to cross-breed marijuana strains carefully selected from every corner of the Middle East and Asia.
Bountiful harvests of sativa and indica hybrid cultivars kept the group’s spirits up during a 3 year stint in the rural, desolate mountains.
One member of this talented group would go on to create one of the most prominent cannabis seed production businesses in the world. That business is Barney’s Farm and the man who started it all is Derry.
